Monitoring and Evaluation of the 5th Batch Community Field Work (KKN) at Muhammadiyah University of Bone in Lappariaja District

Bone, August 19, 2025, South Sulawesi – Muhammadiyah University of Bone, through the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), conducted a monitoring and evaluation (Monev) session for the 5th Batch of the Community Field Work (KKN) program in Lappariaja District. The session was led directly by the Dean of FKIP, Dr. Hj. Andi Suwarni, S.Pd., M.Hum.

The primary objective of this monitoring and evaluation is to directly review the implementation of the students’ work programs, while providing guidance and evaluation to ensure the activities align with the pre-planned goals.

On this occasion, Dr. Hj. Andi Suwarni emphasized that KKN is not merely a community service event, but also a platform for character building, social awareness, and strengthening student competencies before they enter the professional world.

“KKN activities must be able to provide real benefits to the community, while serving as a valuable learning experience for students in applying the knowledge gained in lectures,” she stated.

The people of Lappariaja District warmly welcomed the KKN program from Muhammadiyah University of Bone. Several programs implemented by the students cover the fields of education, health, religion, and community empowerment.

With this monitoring and evaluation, it is expected that the 5th Batch KKN students will be even more motivated to complete their designed programs and provide sustainable contributions to the local community.
